We are honoured to share that our Managing Partner, Sarah Norkor Anku, recently served as a distinguished judge at the WIPO-ARIPO IP School Club Competition, organised by the Ghana Copyright Office. This impactful initiative is designed to educate students aged 13 to 18 on the vital importance of intellectual property, fostering a culture of respect for creative rights from a young age.

Under the theme “Intellectual Property and the Creative Industries: A Perfect Tool for Development,” the national competition showcased the incredible talent of Senior High School students through three dynamic categories: a Quiz, a Debate, and a Short Drama. The program took place on 27th March 2026 at the Teachers’ Hall Complex in Accra, highlighting how IP education can be a transformative force for national development.
Watching these young minds engage with complex IP concepts through performance and critical thinking was a powerful reminder that the future of Africa’s creative economy is in very capable hands. At SN Anku IP Firm, we remain committed to supporting initiatives that bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world innovation.
